HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-82-0571RESOLUTION NO, A RESOLU`WN GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OV-VARIANCE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO, 68711 ARTICLE V, SECTION 50) (a), TO PERMIT CON= 8TRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ON LOT 1; BLOCK "B"; COCONUT GROVE PARK 2ND AMD (1-62); BEING 3586 PALMETTO AVENUE, AS PER SITE PLANS ON PILE, WITH A PROPOSED STREET SIDE YARD OF 5,08' (15" REQUIRED); ZONED R=1 (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING). WHEREAS, Article XXXI of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager with approval of the City Commission for a one year period; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the extension of the variance granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 219-81; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The request for a one year extension of a variance granted from Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 3(2) (a), to permit construction of a single family residence on Lot 1; Block "B" ; Coconut Grove Park 2nd AMD (1-62), being 3586 Palmetto Avenue, as per site plans on file, with a proposed street side yard of 5.08' (15' REQUIRED); zoned R-1 (Single Family Dwelling), be and the same is hereby granted.
