A PART ,OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY —
REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE
III, SECTION 2, THEREOF, BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAINING A
SEVERABILTTY CLAUSE,
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of May 5, 1982, Item No.' 4(b), following an adver-
tised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 33-82,by a 7 to 0
vote RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of applying the SPD-3 Biscayne
Boulevard North Special Overlay District to subject pro-
perty, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful considera-
tion of this matter deems it advisable and in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami in its
inhabitants to grant this application as hereinafter set
forth; —
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Com-
-; prehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, is hereby
amended by applying Article XXI-5, the SPD-3 Biscayne Boule-
yard North Special Overlay District to proposed C-1 lots 11
-- through 15, NORTHGATE BLOCK 9, Resub (9-157), the East 40'
of Lot 111 lots 12 through 16, of Block 10, NORTHGATE _
(8-88), being approximately 6202-6398 Biscayne Boulevard,
and by making all the necessary changes in the zoning dis-
trict map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by refer-

ence and description in Article III, .
Section 2. That all, ordinances, code sections
or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
insofar as they are in conflicts
Section 3. Should any part or provision of
this ordinance be declared by a Court of competent jurisdic-
tion to be invalid; the same shall not affect the validity
of the ordinance as a whole.

North Economic Planning Study.
This zoning change was recommended,in the
Biscayne North Economic Planning Study
approved in principle by the City Com-
mission on November 2G, 1979. Other re-
commended zoning changes for properties
along Biscavne Boulevard between NE 50th
Terrace and NE 87th Street were approved
by the City Commission. -in Ordinance No'.
