The development easterly of the subject property is entirely developed for residential development primarily oriented to Bayshore Drive and Biscayne Bay. As this property is at the rear of the residential development, it relates more to the R-CB zoning district than the R-5 zoning district, particu- larlyas the remainder of the block is zoned R-CB. The change would be in accord with the Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan as the R-CB zoning also provides for high density residential development. PUBLIC ;•WORKS -No dedication is requested.
