At its meeting of July 6, 1982, the Civil Service Board considered

of Police, for an extension of employment past the age of seventy
(70) for a period of one (1) year, to be effective July 29, 1982 to
July 29, 1983.
The Board noted that Kenneth I. Harms, Chief of Police, has recom-
mended approval of this request and that Dr. L. A. Toto, City

employment for the additional year.
The Board voted to approve the request, with the provision that in

of working an additional year. The City of Miami Medical
Department has deemed this employee acceptable to work the
requested extended period.

It is therefore requested that this extension be granted.
