Geo F Knox, Jr. Second Reading of Ttem No: 30
Cityttorney on July 22, 1982 Agenda
As a result of the City Commission's adoption on first read-
ing (June 17, 1982) of the ordinance transferring the tele-
communication functions from the Department of Computers and
Communications to the Department of Building and Vehicle
Maintenance, it is appropriate and compatible with the action
taken (on first reading) to accomplish the ministerial task
of changing the name of the Department of Computers and
Communications. Accordingly, this can be accomplished by
dropping and deleting the words "and Communication" in
the title of the said department and adopting the attached
ordinance on second reading.
