RESOLUTION NO.82-753
A RESOLUTION CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE OF THE
SOUTHERLY PORTION OF THE BIFURCATION OF
SOUTHEAST 13TH STREET BETWEEN BRICKELL
AVENUE AND SOUTHEAST BAYSHORE DRIVE FOR
A DISTANCE OF +165'; AS A CONDITION FOR
APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PLAT #1148 "UCP
SUBDIVISION".
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
July 26, 1982, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 139-82
, by a 7 to 0
vote, RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of a street,
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable
and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City
of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure
of the street in question;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Southerly portion of the bifurcation
of Southeast 13th Street between Brickell Avenue and Southeast
Bayshore Drive for a distance of + 165'; as a condition for
approval of Tentative Plat #1148 "UCP SUBDIVISION", be and the
same is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned and discontinued for
public use.

PLANNING AND ZONING ITEMS
The Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of July 26, 1982, Item `,`4, following
an advertised Hearing, will consider recommending approval of the Official
Vacation and Closure of the southerly portion of the bifurcation of Southeast
13th Street between Brickell Avenue and Southeast Bayshore Drive for a distance
of +165'; as a condition for approval of Tentative Plat #1148 "UCP SUBDIVISION".
The recommendations of the Zoning Board in this matter will be presented to the
Commission during the Commission meeting.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Street Closure has been prepared by the City
Attorney's Of five and submitted for consideration of the City Commission.
