Dade Heritage Trust, I am continually monitoring designated historical sites in the city of Miami, to assure their existence to perpetuity. As a tealtor, I recognize that such property must be allowed to become economically viable either through tax incentive now in existence, or some type of zoning variance for that piece of property. At present, I am involved in the restoration of two historic homes in the Coconut Grove areas which will be economically and historically successful# tly view of preservation is two fold: (1) define the historical sites, (2) match the economic incentives available with the site. I feel as a Real Estate Broker involved in historic preservation and my commitment to various organizations qualifies me for this position. 82-744 PAGE 1 a PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THE SPACE PROVIDED.
