RESOLUTION NO. 8 4 4
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF GEORGE
KUNDE TO TRANSFER SIX PERCENT (6%) OF HIS
OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN AMERICABLE OF GREATER
MIAMI, LTD. AS FOLLOWS: (a) FIVE PERCENT (5%)
TO AMERICABLE OF GREATER MIAMI, LTD.; AND (b)
ONE PERCENT (1%) TO THE WILLIAM HOFFMAN TRUST
ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, Section 204(e) of the cable television license
ordinance (No. 9332) establishes certain limitations upon
the Licensee for the transfer of ownership rights; and
WHEREAS, Section 204(e) of said ordinance requires City
Commission approval under certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Motion No. 82-766
on July 29, 1982 approving the transfer of five percent (5%)
interest from George Kunde, 17401 Old Cutler Road, Miami,
Florida, to Americable of Greater Miami, Ltd. and one per-
cent (1%) to the William Hoffman Trust Account; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended a rule de-
tailing the process by which a transfer of interest may be
accomplished that will provide to the City all necessary
information on such transfer; and
WHEREAS, said rule requires that such information be
provided by both the seller and the purchaser of the cable
television Licensee; and
WHEREAS, the parties to this transfer of ownership
interest will be requested to comply with this rule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission hereby approves the
transfer of George Kunde's ownership interest in Americable
of Grater Miami, Ltd. as follows: (a) five percent (5%) to
Americable of Greater Miami, Ltd. and one percent (1%) to
the William Hoffman Trust Account.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9TH day of SEPTEMBER , 1982.
