FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF REVISING
THE FEES CHARGED FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI GOLF COURSES;
FURTHER ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (e) TO SECTION 30-55
OF SAID CODE PROVIDING FOR AN ADVANCED STARTING TIME
'RESERVATION GREEN FEE OF $2; CONTAINING A 'REPEALER
PROVISION, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND DISPENSING WITH
]'HE REQUIREMENT OF READING SAME ON T140 SEPARATE DAYS
BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Suction 3. Section 30-55 of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby further amended in the

"Sec. 30-55. Special rates.
(a) Speciat package. hatch. The following are special
package rates for electric cart rental and green fees
during summer months (as provided in subsection (A) of
section 30-53) only:

At Miami Springs Country Club in Miami Springs, the
breakdown for the special 'rate will be as follows: nine
dollars ($9.00) for. the City of Miami; five dollars
($5.00) for pro (concessionaire); with said breakdown
to only be applicable during the term of the concession
agreement.
(e) Advanced z tatt.ting time tceaetcvation. Advance
starting time will be available for seven (7) .days to
forty-eight (48) hours of desired time for a fee of
two dollars ($2.00) per starting; time, The present -
advance starting time within forty-eight (48) hours
will continue with no charge."

REFERLNCEs.
Department of Recreation
ENCLOSURES.
It is recommended that Sections 30.53, 30.54,
and 30.55 of the City Code be further amended
for the purpose of revising certain fees at
the City of Miami Golf Courses as indicated
below, as per the attached ordinance.
In an effort to restructure the fees charged at City -owned golf
courses to establish comparable rates with other local public
courses, it is recommended that the below listed fees be approved
for implementation.
Green Fees
Summer season - 18 holes from $5 to $6 plus State Tax
Twilight - from $3 to $3.50 plus State Tax
Winter season - 18 holes - from $7 to $7.50 plus State Tax
Twilight - from $3.50 to $4 plus State Tax
Electric Cart Rental, summer season only i
18 holes - from $9.50 to $11.50 plus State Tax and 50� City Tax
9 holes from $5.50 to $6.50 plus State Tax and 50i City Tax
Hand Carts year-round
From $1.25 to $1.50
