'16 CO ORDINANCE NO. 9321 ORDINANCE NO. � 4 8 AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9321, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 24, 1981, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINAKE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING o SEPTEMBER 30, 1982), AS AMENDED, BY INCREASING THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE GENERAL FUND LAID DEPARTMENT, IN THE _ AMOUNIT OF $51,000, AND BY INCREASING REVENUES IN THE SAME AMOUNT FROM MISCELLANEOUS REVENUES TO COVER UNANTICIPATED INCREASED OPERATING COSTS OF SAID DEPARTMENT: CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF 1,1IAPII, FLORIDA: Section 1. Sections 1 and 5 of Ordinance No. 9321, adopted September 24, 1981, the annual appropriations ordinance for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, as amended, are hereby further amended in the following particulars: -- Sect ion 1.
