A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED
U,C.P. SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF MIAMI; ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND PROVIDING FOR THE
RECORDATION OF SAID PLAT IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled U.C.P. SUBDIVISION is a
replat'of Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, the West 7 feet of
Lot 20 and the South 1/2 of Lot "A" of MIRADO COURT AMENDED PLAT,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, at
Page 44 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Also, all
of Lots 4, 5, 6, the East 40 feet of Lot 3 and the West 32 feet of
Lot 7, HIGHLEYMAN'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 184 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, Section 39, Township 54 South, Range 41 East,
lying and being in the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by
reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein
and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing
and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the
perpetual use of the public, is hereby accepted and confirmed by the
City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute the Plat and record same in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

LOCATED AT BRICEELL AVE. AND E , E , 14 STREET'
A8U81)IVt8ION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanving Plat entitled U.C,r, SUBDIVISION was prepared
by t ,R. Brownell and Associates. It is in correct form for sub-
mission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommend-
ation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of portions of "THE AMENDED
PLAT OF MIKADO COURT" (14-44) and of "HIG1iLEY;!A*,V.S SUBDIVISION"
(1-184) and will consist of one (1) tract having an area of.
1.67! acres. It is zoned R.-CB.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
- standards of the Department of Public Works of the City_ of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Thomas Brownell, Registered Land Surve-Yor ,
this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of
Florida.
(4) The City Zoning Board of :Miami, Florida, after Public Hearing,
has recommended the closing of the southerly portion of the
bifurcation of S.E. 13 Street between Brickell Avenue and
Southeast Bayshore Drive for a distance of 165't feet. This
action was confirmed by City Commission Resolution No 82-753.
(5) By authority of Resolution 1To148-82 , adopted September 13 , 1982
the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning Board
of :Miami, Florida. -
(6) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated September ,
1982, signed b,, Paul A. Louis, Attorney, indicates that the fee
simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in
Andrew L. Martin, Trustee and Andres J. Iriondo,Trustee, and
the Plat has been correctly executed.
(7) The area platted is encumbered by a mortgage and the mortgage
holder has executed the Plat and joined in its dedications.
(8) In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 54,Section 54-30,
of The Code of The City of Miami, Florida, a Cashier's Check in
the amount of $63,000.00 has been tendered by the owners, Andrew
L. Martin and Andres J. Iriondo, Trustees. This Cashier's Check
has been deposited with the Director of Finance and will guarantee
= the completion of the subdivision improvements according to the
provision of the Agreement between The City of :Miami and the
aforementioned o.,mers. The improvements required at the property
Platted are listed as follows: landscaping, asphaltic concrete
pavement, removal of existing sidewalk, removal of existing curb
