APPROVAL. The Planning Department recommends
approval of the drive-in teller facilities with
the proviso that they be moved further south on
the site towards N.W. 7th Street. In that
manner cars will not be stacking up at peak hours
-
along 7th Street, which is a major arterial,
but along IN.W. 43rd Avenue which is a minor Street.
This would put the entrance at 14.W. 43rd Avenue
at the north end of the property and the exit on
to N.W. 43rd Avenue at the south end of the site
(a reversal of what is proposed). The proposed
plans meet desirable design -criteria for number
of drive-in windows and stacking space.
PUBLIC WORKS
Dedication is required by Plat.
ZONING BOARD:
Recommend approval on September 13, 1982, by a 6-0 vote.
