A RESOLUTION] CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING ACID
DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE FOR THOSE PUBLIC
RIGHTS -OF -WAY ALSO DESCRIBED AS THAT PORTION
OF NORTHWEST 4TH AVENUE ARID THAT EAST -WEST ALLEY
LOCATED IN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY NORTHWEST 3RD
COURT, NORTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, NORTHWEST 5TH
AVENUE, AND NORTHWEST 22ND STREET FOR A COMBINED
DISTANCE OF + 670'; THAT PORTION OF NORTHWEST
22ND TERRACE LYING EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-
WAY LINE OF NORTHWEST 5TH AVENUE; AND WEST OF
THE 14EST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NORTHWEST 3RD
COURT FOR A DISTANCE OF + 527.4'; AND THAT POR-
TION OF 1ORTHWEST 3RD COURT LYING NORTH OF THE
NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NORTHWEST 22ND
TERRACE AND SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE
OF NORTHWEST 22ND LANE; FOR A DISTANCE + 135';
ALL AS A CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE
PLAT #1152 "MIAMI FASHION CENTER SECTION
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
September 13, 1982, Item No. 6, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 145-82, by a vote of 6 to 0, RECOM-
MENDING APPROVAL of the official vacation and closure of cer-
tain public rights -of -way, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of
Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of
the alleys in question:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Those public rights -of -way also described
as that portion of Northwest 4th Avenue and that East-West alley
located in the block bounded by Northwest 3rd Court, Northwest
22nd Terrace, Northwest 5th Avenue, and Northwest 22nd Street
for a combined distance of +670'; that portion of Northwest 22nd
Terrace lying East of the East right-of-way line of Northwest
5th Avenue, and West of the West right-of-way line of Northwest
3rd Court for a distance of +527.4'; and that portion of North-
west 3rd Court lying North of the North right-of-way line of
Iorthwest 22nd Terrace and South of the South right-of-way line
