Early in the project we authorized the contractor to do emergency extra ,cork nt N. 1-1. 65 Avenue and 2 Street to relieve possible flooding conditions in the area bounded by Fla-ler Street, S. W. S Street, 60 and 67 Avenues. The additional work consisted of 1,,odificcltions to an outf ill line servin the area and cost $61, 650.
