E. 4 Street approach to the now Miami Avenue bri_doe northerly to a new alignment parallel to the T-95 connector (see attached map, Exhibit A). Rather than acquiring this right of way throunh a condemnation process, the State of Florida is warkinn cooperatively with an a: _ecteo pycperty owner, Arman(lo CoOna of Intr'mor_ca Tnvestren`:.s, Inc., to establish a procedure unAer which this relocation could be accomplished at least cost to the pnb j is in a timely manner and set an example for adjacent property owners.
