VIe have been awarded $28,849.00 of which $15,558.00 has already been received. The remainder is anticipated to be received before the end of the current fiscal year. Basically, we will recomir, end students to be employed by any department you designate. Such students will be paid at the rate of $3.35 an Dour. You will bill us prior to each pay period and we will send you a check in the amount of 80ti of the total salaries. Such personnel will be carried on your payroll. No employee we recommend may work more than 20 hours a week and for a period not to exceed the sum of money granted to that student in the College j-lork Study Program. You, of course, reserve the right to interview each candidate and to accept or reject any person. You will also have the riqht to dismiss any individual for just cause. You under- stand of course, that the policy of non-discrimination must be adhered to. When you approve the arrangemnent we are proposing, a simple contract can be dra:an and it can be implemented as early in October that will reach your convenience. V.e would appreciate hearing from you in regards to this matter as soon as possible. Sincerely, Irving Goldstein President 82-s-94- SZ-994I Fr - +1 TO Howard V.
