A RESOLLTION ACCEPTING TII1: PI AT ENTITLED
LEJEUNE CE14TRE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI ; AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AND AUI'IIO-
RIZING A14D DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAID PLAT IN
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of
Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat;
1401J, THLREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE, CITY OF t,llANI , FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled, "LEJEUIdE CENTRE SUB-
DIVISION," is a subdivision of the South 11.70' of the North 1/2
of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast. 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
of Section 32, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, and that or-
tion of the South 112 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of the Southwest I," of said Section 32, 1,:7in- Nlorth of the
NortherI ril,ht-of-v.av of Northwest 7th Street as shov,-n on the
ri ,ht-of -wav map recorded in Plat Boot: 73 at Paoe 96 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, less the East 50' and
the lest 25' thereof, all 1yin,7 in Section 32, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade. Countv, Florida, which by
reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein
and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing
and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to
the perpetual use of the public, is hereby accepted and confirmed
by the City of Miami., Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat and record same in
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

The Department of Public Works recommends
the approval of the plat by the City
Commission of i•Iiami, Florida, and certifies
its correctness as to form.
_ The proposed record plat entitled, "LEJEUNE CENTRE SUBDIVISION",
is a subdivision of a portion of the Sill 1/4 of Section 32,
To.v-nship 53 South, Range 41 East, having a total area of 4.01+
acres. It is zoned C-2 and will consist of one tract.
This plat is beinj fongarded to your office for City Commission
action.
Also attached are the following itemized papers necessary to
present the Plat to the City Commission of :Miami:
(1) Resolution accepting the Plat.
(2) Print of proposed Record Plat.
(3) Areement form pertaining to subdivision
improvements.
(4) Opinion of Title.

The accomaanvin,:Plat entitled, "LEJEUNE CE:;TPE SUBDIVISION", was
prepared by E.R. Brownell & Associates. It is in correct form
for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded :rith a
recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINE:vT INF0R:•:1TION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a subdivision of a portion
of the Sty of Section 32, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, havin; a total area of 4.01+ acres.
It is zoned C-2 and will consist of one tract.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform.,
with the standards of the Depart:;ent of Public
Works of the City of 'Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by Thomas Brownell, Re^istered, Land

has been executed by LeJeune Center, Inc. , Principal,
and voausau Insurance Companies, Surety. This Bond
and the Surety's Power of Attorney will accompany
the Agreement between the City of Miami, Florida and
the Principal to guarantee the construction of land-
scapin71 removal of existing sideralk, removal of
e::isting curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb and gutter
at the property platted.
(8) The location of the property is shown colored in
red on the accompanyin copy of a portion of City
of Miami, Florida, Atlas Sheet No. 27P.
