APPOINTED All IN- TERIII BOUNDARIES COZT1ITTEE AND I;I- STRUCTED IT TO REPORT TENTATIVE AND PROPOSED BOUNDARIES; APPOINTING A PER11ANENT BOUNDARIES CO;ITIITTEE ; AI'1D INSTRUCTING SAID BOUNDARIES CO211IT- TEE TO REPORT ON PERitANENT BOUNDARIES PRIOR TO THE NOVEMBER 2, 1932 ELEC- TION . 1,MEREAS, on September 9, 1932, the Citv Commission of the City of Miami passed and adopted Resolution No. 32-852, appoint- ing members to an Interim Boundaries Committee and instructing said members to report on tentative and proposed boundaries ror single -member districts in the City of Miami; and `dI{EREAS, on September 17, 1932, the City Commission passed and adopted Ordinance No. 9490, which was amended at that time to provide for the imr;ecliate impanelling of a boundaries com- mittee, to report on boundaries for single -member districts in the City of ;Miami prior to the November 2, 1932 election; and 1'IiERI.f".S , Resoltit ion !:o. 82 -352 should be rescinded as being, in conflict with Ordinance Nlo. 9490 and as being- contrary to the legislative intent of the City Commission, as expressed in said Ordinance No. 9490 and in the deliberations concerning same; 1.017, THEREFORE, RI: IT RESOLVED BY TEE- CITY COMMSSION OF THE CITY OF 1-I iVII , FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 32-852, passed and adopted on September 9, 1932, is hereby rescinded. Section 2. The following persons are appointed to serve as members of the Boundaries Committee: Thomas McAliley; Carrie feel:; John Lnssevilla; Luis Fernandez-Caubi; Antonio Ramos; Prank Angones, as President to the Cuban American Bar Association; Richard Cole, as President of the Dade County Bar Association; and Charles 'lays, as President of the Black Lawvers Association. Section 3.
