Kohly, publicity writer, Office of Public Information; and WHEREAS, the City Physician has determined that the physical condition of said Marcos A. Kohly is satisfactory for continued 0mp10yment; NO1v', T11FREFORE, BE I1' RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A once (1) year extension of employment past the nge of 72 is hure.bv granted for Marcos A. At its meeting of October 12, 1982, the Civil Service Board considered the request of Marcos A. Kohly, Publicity Writer in the Office of Public Information, for an extension of employment past the age of seventy two (72) for a period of one (1) year, to be effective June 13, 1982 to June 13, 1983. The Board noted that Aida T. Levitan, Director, has recommended approv- al of this request and that Dr. L.A. Toto, City Physician, had found Mr. Kohly physically qualified to continue employment for the additional year.
