S. Department of Labor will fund seventy-three percent (730) of.the Office for liaison services related to job training programs and the U. S. Department of.Health and Human Services will fund twenty-seven percent (270) of the Office for liaison services related to entrant impact aid programs; and WHEREAS, on October 14, 1982, the City Commission adopted.
