OF A VARIANCE GRANTED FROM ORDINANCE NO.
6871, ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 2(2)(a), TO
PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL AND/OR DENTAL
OFFICES ON LOTS I AND 20, BLOCK 1; EUGENIA
GROVES PARK AMD (41-55); BEING APPROXIMATELY
1205-07-15 SOUTHWEST 37 AVENUE, AS PER SITE
PLAN ON FILE, WITH 59' AVERAGE LOT WIDTH
(100' REQUIRED); ZONED R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY
MULTIPLE DWELLING).
WHEREAS, Article XXXII of Ordinance No. 6871, the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, permits
an extension of a variance by the City Manager, with approval
of the City Commission for a one year period; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the extension of
the variance granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB-86-82;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one-year extension of
the variance granted from Ordinance No. 6871, Article VIII,
Section 2(2)(a), to permit construction of medical and/or dental
offices on Lots 1 and 20, Block 1; EUGENIA GROVES PARK AMD
(41-55); being approximately 1205-07-15 Southwest 37 Avenue,
as per site plan on file, with 59' average lot width (100'
required); zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple Dwelling) is
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of NOVEMBER ,1982.

The Zoning Board, at its meeting of May 17, 1982, following an advertised hearing,
granted the requests for Conditional Use and Variance to permit construction of
medical and; or dental offices at approximately 1205-07-15 SW 37 Avenue, by a
vote of 7-0. The Conditional Use and Variance shall expire November 17, 1982
and an extension of time for a period of one year may be granted, subject to
approval of the City Commission.
The Planning Department has no objection to the granting of the extension for
this Condi:i,.;nal Use and Variance.

the proper Resolution for this extension.
