ENCLOSURES. (1)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 54-3(d) OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO PROVIDE FOR A
FEE OF THIRTY DOLLARS FOR A PERMIT TO OBSTRUCT
A STREET OR SIDEWALK OR IMPEDE TRAFFIC.
It is requested that the attached ordinance changing the fee
structure for certain permits be placed on the City Commission
agenda.
This ordinance affects the existing code only insofar as it
raises the fee for a permit to block a street or sidewalk or
otherwise impede traffic. The existing fee is fifteen dollars.
This amendment would raise that fee to thirty dollars.
Remaining portions of the code would remain the same.
