The lowest bid submitted by Dusky Marine,
Inc. does not meet the specifications,
i.e., the Dusky Model #256 does not include a
fully enclosed cabin as required by the
Department of Police.
The next lowest bid from San Juan Marina,
Inc. does not meet the transom reinforce-
ment specification required to support the
two 235 hp. motors, and will not supply
the required 10 year warranty on the hull.
The third lowest bidder, Lauderdale Marina,
Inc., fails to conform to specifications,
specifically, no reinforced transom, lift
rings and forward windshields which open.
Therefore, the lowest bid conforming to
specification is Boston Whaler, Inc.
