CaHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning. Board and the Department of Public Vorks have recommended the acceptance of the plat: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITE' OF MIAMI , FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled KAHN-CARLIN SUBDIVISION is a replat of the South 90.18 feet of Tract "A" of KAKOt1RIS HEIGHTS according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96 at Page 50 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, all lying in Section 16, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting., trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, is hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Plat and record same in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The proposed record plat entitled KAHN-CARLIN SUBDIVISION is a replat of the South 90.18 feet of Tract "A" of Kakouris Heights (96-50) and consists of one tract having 0.18t acres. It is zoned R-3A. This plat is being forwarded to your office for City Commission action. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The property platted is a replat of the South 90.18 feet of Tract "A" of KAKOURIS HEIGHTS (96-50) and will consist of one tract having 0.181 Acres. It is zoned R-3A. (2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the standards of the Department of Public Works of the City of Miami, Florida. (3) As certified to by Donald E. Burns, Registered Land Surveyor, this Plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of Florida. (4) By authority of Resolution No 105-81, adopted June 1, 1981, the Plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Zoning Board of Miami, Florida. (5) The attached Certificates of Title Examination dated October 8, 1982, signed by Herbert M. Suskin, Attorney, indicates that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly vested in Albert H. Kahn and Donald Carlin and the Plat has been correctly executed by them. (6) The area platted is encumbered by a mortgage and the mortgage holder has executed the Plat and joined in its dedications.
