BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individual is hereby approved and designated as the City of Miami's representative on the Dade -Miami Criminal Justice Council: Commissioner Miller J. FIRST AVENUE MIAMI, FLORIDA 33128 (305) 579.4304 December 8, 1982 The Dade -Miami Criminal Justice Council recently revised and amended its bylaws after a thorough analysis and debate on the issues. As a result, the City retains three (3) positions on the Council for City Commissioners. At present we only have two of these positions filled with Commissioners J. L. Plummer and Joe Carollo. According to our Bylaws Article IV - Composition Section 2 B.1 Appoint- ment of Members "The Mayor of Miami shall select three (3) City of Miami Commissioners for appointment by the Chair- man."
