RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY D.M.P. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL
COST OF $442,028.03 FOR NORTHERN DRAINAGE
PROJECT E-52; AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $11,128.71.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 9, 1982
between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the original contract was increased on
October 14, 1982 by Resolution No. 82-963 in the amount
of $40,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
IMEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by D.M.P.
Corporation at a total cost of $442,028.03 is hereby
approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are herewith authorized to pay $11,128.71 to D.M.P.
Corporation as full and final payment for all work performed
and all materials furnished in connection with NORTHERN
DRAINAGE PROJECT E-52.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13 day of January , 1983.

The Department of Public Works recommends
the adoption of the resolution accepting
the completed work and authorizing a
final payment of $11,128.71 to D.M.P.
Corporation for NORTHERN DRAINAGE PROJECT
E-52.
D.M.P. Corporation has completed the project consisting
of constructing 45 drainage structures in the area bounded
by the north.and west City limits, Biscayne Bay, North 36
Street, with 12 locations outside this area. The original
contract amount was $402,237.02, and was increased by
Resolution No. 82-963 in the amount of $40,000.00 on
October 14, 1982. The completed amount is $442,028.03,
and it was completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the com-
pleted work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met.
