IBM Corporation is sponsoring this program by providing the equipment and two IBM staff members to work with SER in the program. SER will train 30 City of Miami CETA participants in the operation of word processing equipment. Each participant will receive 270 hours of training, including oral communication and employability skills as re- quired by the South Florida Employment and Traininq Consortium.
