REQUEST
Change of Zoning to R-C (Residential -Office).
RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL. Because of the proximity to a major
highway and to the Rapid Transit Station the
proposed area would be better utilized as a
residential -office use. Thus, changing conditions
make the passage of the proposed change rational.
The request should not be a deterrent to the
improvement or development of adjacent properties
to the east and west of the subject site.
9544
PUBLIC WINKS No dedication is requested.
and
The proposed zoning change does not significantly
increase the sanitary sewer flow. No,.iever, the
continued expansion of this zoning would effect
sanitary flow and the sanitary sewer system would
have to be upgraded.
