WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of November 15, 1982, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing*, adopted Resolution No. ZB-205-82, by a 7 to 0 vote, RECO1,1ITE_1DIr1G APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth ; and ,THEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TFE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Compre- hensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of Lots 14 through 22 inclusive, Block 39, NEW BISCAYNE AMD (B_16), also described as approximately 3216-28 Aviation Avenue, from R-4 (Medium Density Multiple Dwelling to R.-C (Residential Office); and by making all the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and des- cription in Article III, Section 2, thereof, by repealing all or- dinances, Code Sections, or parts thereof in conflict, and con- taining a severability clause. 0 J-82-230 TVP:ia Section 2.
