WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of October 18, 1982, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing adopted Re- solution No. ZB-181-82, by a 7 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Comprehen- sive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is here- by amended by changing the zoning classification of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Flock 2, STADLER GROVE (9-187), also described as 4000- 40-50 61est Flagler Street , from R-4 (Medium Density Multiple Dwelling) to C-2 (Community Commercial); and by making all the nec- essary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Or- dinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof, by repealing all Ordinances, Code Sections, or parts thereof in conflict, and containing a severability clause. Section 2. That all Ordinances, Code Sections, or parts thereof in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed insofar as they are in conflict. J-82-213 V TVP:ia Section 3. Should any part or provision of this Ordinance be declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to he invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole.
