Section 36-11, entitled "Discharge of Combustibles", of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby repealed in .its entirety. Section 2. Section 19-184 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended in the following particulars:l "Sec. 19-184. Ma n u f a C t u r e 7 sale, time of display, and discharge of fireworks. (c)1 Application for permits shall be made, in writing, at least thirty (30) days in advance of the display. After such privilege has Keen granted, the sale, possession, use and distribution of fireworks For such display shall be lawful for that purpose only. No permit granted hereunder shall he transferable, but a permit may he revoked for cause. 2. Permits sought hereunder for fixed pyrotechnic displays which are soundless in nature, shalt not be granted for displays to take place between the hours of 11:00 P.h1. and 7:30 A.M. 3. 1xcept as provide(! in paragraph 2. of this subsection, permits sought hereunder s1)a-T not he granted for displays to take place between the hours of 9:00 P.H. and 9:00 A.M. 1 Underscored words and/or figures shall be added.
