Dear Mr. Gary,
I The Guardian Ad Litem Program requests permission to use the Bayfront Auditorium
on Tuesday, April 19, 1983 form 12 noon to 4 p.m. The Program, situated in the
Juvenile Justice Center, trains and supervises lay volunteers and attorneys to be
advocates for abused and neglected children during the court process.
I We would like to use the Bayfront Auditorium facility for a resource day, when
representatives of agencies serving children can esplain their programs to our
guardians as well as HRS counselors and other people in the community. Our
program has no funds to use for rent, but we will be able to raise $45.00 for
insurance purposes. Miss Bush, the manager, has set aside that day for our use,
if you approve our request.
Please contact me at 638-6861 if you have further questions. Thank you for
considering this request.
