Section 33-49 of the Cone of the :pity of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars: 1 "Sec. 38-49. Alcoholic beverages; intoxicated persons. (a) Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages within nark limits of any city park is prohibited except as follows: (1) Beer ann wine may be sold and consufite,i at Bicentennial and Payfr.ont Parks within city restaurant facilities therein durinci hours allowed by this Code and in accordance with all city or6i_na.nces ann state laws presently applicable and which may be applicable in the future. (2) No beer or wine may be brought into the aforesaid parks by anyone except_ licensed operators of city restaurant facilities therein, or their designated r_euresenta.tives. (3) Durinq :special events or on special occasions which have been approved by resolution of the City Commission, the sale and consumption of beer and wine by duly authorized licensed vendors is permitted at Bicentenni;%l ann bayfront Parks; said sale and consumption shall take place: only during, the hours of such _ events or occasions. r'L'he sale ant: consumption authorized herein shall be in accordance with all city ordinances except the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2) above and shall be in accordance with all state laws presently applicable and which may he applicable in the future. 1 (b) * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *.11 ',%orbs and/or f iyures :stricken through shall he deleted. A11, ordinances or Parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict witil the provisions of this ordinance are hereby rephaled. r Section 4. Tf any section, ;part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this, ordinance shall not he affected. Section 5. The requirement of reading this ordinance on two separate days is herehv r3isPensed with by a vote of not lass than four -fifths of the memher.s of the Commission.
