ENCLOSURES:
It is recommended that the City Commission,
at its scheduled March 10, 1983 meeting,
adopt the proposed resolution rescinding
the resolution rescinding awarding a
contract for the City of Miami Aerial
Survey.
On February 10, 1983, the City Commission passed Resolution
No. 83-128 which rescinded Resolution No. 81-616 passed on
July 9, 1981 by the City Commission, which accepted the
proposal of Aerial Surveys International, Inc., for the
project entitled CITY OF MIAMI AERIAL SURVEY.
Two days before the City Commission meeting of February 10,
1983, it was determined that Aerial Surveys International,
Inc. should be given additional time to perform an aerial
survey of the City of Miami. The Department of Public
Works requested that this rescinding resolution to rescind
Resolution No. 81-616 be pulled. However, it inadvertently
was passed as part of the Consent Agenda.
A resolution rescinding resolution No. 83-128 is hereby
recommended.
