S 3'"'r.7C; A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE 6871, ARTICLE V, SECTION 1(6)(h), TO PERMIT A DEVELOPMENT OF A PLANNED UNIT NATURE (PUN) ON LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK D, BISCAYNE PARK TERRACE SUB. (2-36), ALSO DESCRIBED AS APPROXIMATELY 2741 S017THWEST 22ND AVENUE, AS PER PLANS ON FILE, CONSISTING OF SIX (6) DWELLING UNITS IN SIX (6) STRUCTURES; ZONED R-1 (ONE FAMILY DWELLING). WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of February 14, 1983, Item No. 8, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB-29-83 by a 5 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to approve the conditional use, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1(6) (h), to permit a development of a Planned Unit Nature (PUN) on Lots 16 and 17, Block D, Biscayne Park Terrace Sub. (2-36), also described as approximately 2741 Southwest 22nd Avenue, as per plans on file, consisting of six (6) dwelling units in six (6) structures; zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling) is hereby granted.
