A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE AS
LISTED IN ORDINANCE 6871, ARTICLE V, SECTION
1(6)(h), TO PERMIT A DEVELOPMENT OF A PLANNED
UNIT NATURE (PUN) ON LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK D,
BISCAYNE PARK TERRACE SUB. (2-36), ALSO
DESCRIBED AS APPROXIMATELY 2741 S017THWEST
22ND AVENUE, AS PER PLANS ON FILE, CONSISTING
OF SIX (6) DWELLING UNITS IN SIX (6)
STRUCTURES; ZONED R-1 (ONE FAMILY DWELLING).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of February
14, 1983, Item No. 8, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB-29-83 by a 5 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of
a Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the
best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to approve the conditional use, as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Conditional Use as listed in
Ordinance No. 6871, Article V, Section 1(6) (h), to permit a
development of a Planned Unit Nature (PUN) on Lots 16 and 17,
Block D, Biscayne Park Terrace Sub. (2-36), also described as
approximately 2741 Southwest 22nd Avenue, as per plans on file,
consisting of six (6) dwelling units in six (6) structures; zoned
R-1 (One Family Dwelling) is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of March , 1983.

The Zoning Board, at its meeting of February 14, 1983, Item 8, following an
advertised hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 29-83 by a 5 to 0 vote, recommending
approval of a Conditional Use to permit a Residential Development of Planned
Unit mature (PUN) on Lots 16 and 17, Block D, BISCAYNE PARK TERRACE SUB. (2-36)
also described as approximately 2741 SW 22 Avenue, as per plans on file, said
PUN to consist of six (6) dwelling units in six (6) structures; zoned R-1 (One
Family Dwelling).
Two objections received in the mail; four opponents present at the meeting.
Seven proponents present at the meeting.

A RESOLUTION to provide for this Conditional Use has been prepared by the City
ALtorney's Office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission.
