This was apparent during the last playoff bctween the Dolphins and the Jets when after three of rain the field was not percolating or draining prc-,._rly. We have been advised that there are two ways t: restore the PAT drainage capabilities as follows: I. Remove the sod layer with a sod cut',•-r, then remove the buildup of 9 to 11 inch(, of top soil; backfill with sand; add no rc1 than three to four inches of top soil on top f the new sand; then replace the sod. Work ti two to three weeks. Recovery time three to ''ive weeks. Estimated cost $25,000 to $35,000. 2.
