Gary asked that I inform you that your request for a personal appearance before the City Commission concerning the maintenance of a live-in watchman at Watson Is- land has been tentatively scheduled for April 6, 1983. After reviewing the appropriate City ordinance (ORD. 8043), it has been concluded that we are unable to grant you administra- tive relief and your request should be referred to the City Com- mission for their consideration. We will withhold enforcement pending the outcome of the Commission's action. Sincerely ack Eads Special Assistant to the City Manager 0Ii,I I Of IIil l -III •.14`.'i.i. $j.", .
