At the January 13, 1983 Commission meeting, a motion (M-83-63) was passed instructing the City Manager to increase the allocation to the Mayor's Office in an amount of $20,000, in order to facilitate the acquisition of a word processor, including training; and to cover a deficit, created in the account covering ceremonial expenses and supplies.
