AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500
(UPON BLCOMING EFFECTIVE), THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY
APPLYING THE HC-3: RESIDENTIAL - OFFICE
HERITAGE CONSERVATION OVERLAY DISTRICT TO THE
"PETIT DOUY," 1500 BRICKELL AVENUE, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); MAKING
FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY
CHANGES IN THE ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 31 SECTION 3001
THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE
SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of
March 2, 1983, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 24-83 by a 5 to 0 voti, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of applying the HC-3: RESIDENTIAL%0F ICE HERITAGE
CONSERVATION OVERLAY DISTRICT to subject r pert, as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission# afttr c$reful consideration of
this matter, deems it advisable andtin the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of,,Miami-and its inhabitants to grant
this application as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD4INED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
