ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, AS
AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY APPLYING THE HC-1:
GENERAL USE HERITAGE CONSERVATION OVERLAY
DISTRICT TO "EL JARDIN," 3747 MAIN HIGHWAY,
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); MAKING
FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY
CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE
AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2,
THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE
SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of
January 19, 1983, Item No. 6, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 8-83, by a 5 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of applying the HC-1: GENERAL USE UERIT�IGE �NSERVATION
OVERLAY DISTRICT to subject property, as hereinafter set forth;

WHEREAS, the City Commission after Caeful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable ;,and i0 the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this application as hereinaf er set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT O A2IjED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
