ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE
NEW ZONING ORDINANCE OF rHE; CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF APPROXIMATELY 151 NORTHEAST 52
STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-2/5 GENERAL
RESIDENTIAL TO RG-3/5 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL;
MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING ALL THE
NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING ATLAS MADE A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE. NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE
AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300,
THEREOF; AND BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT
AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of April 6, 1983, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 36-83, by a 5 - 0 vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning class if1catibn\as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission a careful consideration of
this matter deems it advi4able and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the c3,ity of Miami and its inhabitants to grant

this change of zoning c13sifidation as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITORDAINF.D BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORID
Section 1. Ordinance No. 9500 the comprehensive zoning
ordinance of the
ity of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by

chap ing the, sipliing classification of approximately 151 North-
east Sire , Miami, Florida, more particularly described as,
Tracts A", "Bill licit plus north 107.55' of Tract "D", DOUGLAS
GARDEN A D. (110-68) from RG-2/5 GENERAL RESIDENTIAL to RG-3/5
GENERAL SIDENTIAL. The complete legal description as per metes
and bounds is on file with the Planning and Zoning Boards
Administration Department and
ordinance as if said descrip
described herein.
