WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of [March 7, 1983, Item No. 10, following an advertised hearing_, adopted Resolution ZB 36-83 by a 5 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING official vacation and closure of a street as hereinafter setforth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure of the street in question; NOW, THE;REFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That portion of Southwest 54th Avenue lying south of the southerly right-of-way line of Southwest 7th Street for a distance of + 113 feet as a condition of approval of Tentative Plat #1150 "Genesis Subdivision", is hereby closed, vacated, abandoned, and discontinued for public use.
