(16-74), AhSO DESCRIBED AS APPROXIMATELY 1501 NORTHWEST 29T11 STRFEFT, FPOM C-1 ( LOCAL COMMEF?CIAL,) TO C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) , AND BY MAKING THE NEC!,SSARY CHANGES IN `CHh 'ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2, THEREOF, BY REPEALING, ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR DARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoninq Board at its meeting of February 14, 1983, Item No. 11, following an advertised hr_.ar.inq, adopted Resolution No. Z9 32-83 by a 5 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful. consideration of this matter, deems it advisahle and in the best interest of the general welfare of the Cite of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLOPIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoninq classification of Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, RAMICO SUB. (16-74), also described as approximately 1501 Northwest 29th Street, from C-1 (Local Commercial) to C-4 (General Commercial), and by making the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof. Section 2. That all Ordinances, Code Sections or parts thereof in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby rex)ealed insofar as they are in conflict. Section 3.
