As grounds therefor, counsel states the following: 1. On July 30, 1976, REINALDO S. CRUZ Pled guilty to the charge of bribery resultingfrom an incident nccurrinR on December 9, 1975; Judge Herbert M. l(lein adjudicated MR. CRUZ guilty and sentenced him to a three (3) year probationary term. 2. Prior to his conviction in this cause, MR. CRU7. had been an'exempinry citizen without any record of arrest. or conviction for any criminal offense. 3. On February 22, 1978, Judge Klein, with the concurrence of the Department of Parole and Probation, granted Defendant CRUZ's Motion to Terminate Probation Tarty, finding that lie had hilly complied with all probationary conditions. 4, On February 25, 1981, the aforementioned adjudication and sentence was set aside by Judie George Orr. 5.
