We are requesting that the Capital Improvement Appropriations Ordinance No, 9534 be amended to include $633,900 as revenue whose source is unanticipated interest earned by the Capital Improvement Fund, We are requesting that this proposed ordinance be passed on an emergency basis, dispensing with the requirement of reading the ordinance on two separate days. The reason for this request is the urgency to have the garage ready for its opening on July 1, 1983. We propose to appropriate that same amount, $633,900 to the Govern- ment Center Parking Garage Project in the Government Center Parking Garage Enterprise Fund.
