Dear Sir:
The Museum of Science, believing that the spaces presently
occupied by the Historical Museum would be available this
summer, committed itself to numerous programs to be carried
out in these spaces. For reasons beyond the control of the
Museum we will not be able to occupy the Historical spaces
until October.
To accomodate the extra programs, the Museum of Science
wishes to place two trailers on its property (see enclosure)
for a period not to exceed nine weeks. The trailers are
constructed to meet all required codes and will be tied down
by a professional contractor. FPL will perform the necessary
electrical hook-ups for air conditioning and 3 fire bottles
will be placed within each trailer. In addition, to comply
with the wishes of the Museum's insurance underwriter, the
trailers will have steps with safety railings at all exits
and all liability cost will be carried by the Museum and
inspected by the insurance agent.
