ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9500, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF APPROXIMATELY 4226 - 4368 NORTHWEST
7TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN) FROM RG-2/4
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TO CR-2/7 COMMERCIAL
RESIDENTIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; AND BY MAKING
ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN MAP NO. 32 OF
THE ZONING ATLAS MADE A PART OF SAID
ORDINANCE NO. 9500, BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE 3, SECTION 300,
THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of May 18, 1983, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,

adopted Resolution No. PAB 47-83, by a 5 - 0 vote, REC,bENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification,.as Arei&9fi?er set
forth; and t
WHEREAS, the City Commission after Careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisable and inH. best interest of the
general welfare of the gity of Mi and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classifipeat 1014s, hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, �E IT ORDRINEn BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ord 1b ance No. 9500 the comprehensive zoning
ordinance of k.6 City of'Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by
changing the/�z ning classification of approximately 4226 - 4368
Northwest 7th';3j:kee t, Miami, Florida, more particularly described
as, Lots •h"ugh 6, Block 1, GOLF COURSE PARK (43-3), Lots 1
NRDu
lock 1 and Lots 1 through 61 Block 2, GOLF COURSE
S 'AST ADDITION (39-79) and Lots 1 through 4, plus the
.4' of Lot 5, Block 1, WATERMAN PARK (19-47), of the
Public ecords of Dade County, Florida.
• Section 2. It is herahu found that this zoning classi-
