Accepting the bid of D.M.P. Corporation in the pro-
posed amount of .$5,961.40 base bid of the proposal
for city-wide sanitary sewer extension - NW 10 Avenue;
with monies therefor allocated from the account "City-
wide Sanitary Sewer Extensions Improvements" in the
amount of $5,961.40 to cover the contract cost;
allocating from said fund the amount of $775.00 to
cover the cost of project expense; allocating from
said fund the amount of $119.60 to cover the cost of
such items as advertising, testing laboratories,
and postage; and authorizing the City Manager to
execute a contract with said firm.

tional Corporation in the proposed amount of $58,250,
base bid plus additive item A of the proposal, for
Miami Springs Golf Course - cart storage facility;
with monies ;therefor allocated from the "Miami Springs

account in the amount of $58,250 to cover the contract

the cable communications agency in conducting its

Amending the Code of the City of Miami, Florida,

"Same Duties", providing for the formulation of
City of Miami Guides and Standards to be incorpor-
ated in reference for the administrative review of
offstreet parking lots, garages and related land-
scaping and landscaping generally throughout the
City in conjunction with the Zoning Ordinance, and
bay/riverwalks in conjunction with the Zoning

Assessment Liens Against All Improved Real
Property", providing that all waste fees
due and unpaid for the period from March 1,
1980 until January i, 1981 constitute spe-
cial assessment liens; and setting forth
the requirements for perfecting said liens;
further authorizing the Department of
Solid Waste to verify the amount of waste
fees due, if any, upon any parcel of real
