NHEREAS, the !•4iami Zoning Board at its meeting of March 8, 1983, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 23-82, by a 5 to 1 vote (2 absent) GRANTING Conditional Use as listen in Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE XII, Section 1(33)(f), as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to RATIFY the Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth; NO%, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA. Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance 6871, Article XII, Section 1(33)(f), to permit a Drive -in -Teller facility on Lots 43 to 48 less dedications, BEACOM MANOR (8-121), being approximately 501-599 Southwest 27th Avenue and 2717-19 Southwest 6th Street, as per site plan on file, subject to: the condition that all drive-in lanes will be open during- banking hours and are to be utilized in order to avoid a back-up of traffic into the street and the condition that when the Drive- in -Teller facility is open for business, a minimum of three lanes or 50% of the lanes, whichever is the greater number, will be open for service to facility patrons, and review by the City Commission 1 year from May 27, 1982 or 6 months from the date of occupancy, whichever occurs first; zoned R-C (Residential off -ice), be and the same is hereby ratified.
