abe establistment of Galleria Novita respectfully requests the opporttazi.ty
for a meeting before you and the city cannissioners to present its offer of a
peananent sculpture to be presented to the city of Mimi., and to be displayed
in a public facility of your choice.
Mee artist, Perecoll, is being canaimicned by Galleria Novita to create
a brcn:.e sculpture of approximately four feet in width and seven feet in height.
Its canpletion and installation should coordinate with Miami's Hispanic
c
Heritage Festival, which will be attended by Hues international. dignitaries.
Will you kindly consider the enclosed material and advise me of the earliest
opportunity for my presentation before the commissioners?
